Matilda is a passionate creator and an enthusiastic communicator who specializes in public relations, audiovisual editing, and graphic design. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on public relations and a minor in business marketing from Cal Poly Humboldt University, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027.
Since then, Matilda has gained extensive experience in not only social media content, but graphic, audio, and video design through her education at CPH, and her employment with the Student Marketing Center and Strategic Student Communications, along with various freelance projects from Grove Creative Collective, Humboldt International Film Festival, and more!
Matilda began her creative career as a content creator in 2021 under the alias @calirunnergurl on TikTok, making content surrounding her experience as a high school runner. This path led her to partnership opportunities with brands like COROS, LiquidIV, and Skratch Labs, as well as being able to attend a camp hosted by New Gen Track and Field, a media company giving opportunities to young creatives in the athletics industry.
